Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable, meaningful interactions with customers.
- Complete sales transactions and aim to reach set store sales goals.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation, ensuring new stock is promptly and accurately displayed and replenished.
- Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping knowledge up to date on pet care, products and services.
- Contribute to a fun, supportive in‑store culture where the team loves coming to work each day.
- Maintain a strong safety mindset and commit to creating a culture of safety within the team.

Qualifications

- Passion for animals and desire to provide the best customer service.
- Experience in a similar retail environment.




- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team.
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift products up to 20kg.
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays.
