We are seeking a motivated and proactive Accountant to join our Finance team based in Brisbane, this role will involve some site travel.

General tasks and duties include:

- Complete the elements of Month End transactional processing including:
- Perform a detailed GL review of Cost Allocations to confirm accuracy/consistency
- Collate and review monthly accruals
- Providing preparatory information for the project review meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly project claim.
- Assist with the completion of the annual Budgeting cycle and production of monthly Forecast updates.
- Working with the Site Administration team to maintain business system hygiene.
- Provide training of Administration & Purchasing teams on key financial functions.
- Provide ad hoc analysis of the project financial performance.

Personal attributes and experience:

- Degree in Finance (or equivalent)
- CPA/CA qualified,



or currently studying towards
- Previous accounting experience in a project-based business.
- Advanced Excel and ERP system skills (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships with site managers and colleagues.
