Coomera Lodge Hotel on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join AVC leadership and help run day‑to‑day operations while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will lead the front‑of‑house team, conduct stocktakes, train staff, and drive service standards across gaming, beverage and food. RMLV and Approved Managers Licensing are essential, with weekend late shifts and potential involvement in accommodation operations.
