Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical care for residents, including assessment and ongoing treatment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering their skilled growth.
- Act as a health‑and‑safety role model for the team.
- Maintain the highest standard of work and take pride in all duties.
Qualifications & Experience
- Registered nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Relevant nursing degree.
- Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
- Leadership experience in clinical care.
- A genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
