Senior HR Advisor | North West Sydney/ Hybrid | $50-$60 per hour + Super | 8-Week Temporary Assignment | ASAP Start

We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation to recruit a People Solutions Specialist for an immediate temporary opportunity. This position will suit an HR professional who enjoys employee relations case management, partnering with leaders, and providing practical people advice in a fast-paced environment.

As the first point of contact for a range of people matters, you will support leaders with employee relations enquiries, case management, performance and conduct matters, workplace concerns, and documentation, helping to ensure consistent and positive people outcomes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide HR advisory support and guidance to leaders on a range of people matters.
- Triage and assess employee relations issues, determining appropriate resolution pathways.
- Manage low to mid-level employee relations casework.
- Support performance management, conduct, behavioural and workplace concerns.
- Prepare case documentation, correspondence and outcome letters.
- Assist with reporting, trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Support the wider People & Culture team with operational HR activities and administration, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, coordinating processes, and providing general people support across the employee lifecycle.

About You

- Previous experience in an HR Advisor, Employee Relations or HR Business Partner capacity.
- Robust employee relations and case management experience.
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards and HR best practice.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
