Objectives of this role
The primary responsibility of this position, which reports to the Head of Learning Services,
is to provide leadership and expertise in the design of exceptional learning experiences while also managing projects and relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to consistently meet project deliverables to a high standard and achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Undertake successful client and senior stakeholder management across a mix of projects in the context of large work programs.
- Manage projects and teams, contribute to thought leadership, provide mentorship, and undertake successful performance partner relationships.
- Develop and maintain successful team processes, capabilities, communications and culture.
- Apply an understanding of various pedagogical techniques and learning ecosystems to the architecture, design, and creation of successful learning resources, activities, and assessments in several higher education fields.
- Engage in business development activities, including presenting to potential clients, writing proposals, and pursuing current opportunities, as well as managing existing client relationships to develop return business.
