FRM Model Management is a leading modelling agency representing fashion and commercial talent across Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane. Reelfaces, our commercial division, was formed 8 years ago in response to the changing and evolving market. We are currently building out a high-level talent and marketing operation and are looking for an experienced industry operator to join our Melbourne team.

This is not simply an execution-based role — we are looking for someone with strong industry relationships who can help create opportunities, build strategic connections, and contribute to the long-term growth and direction of the business. What matters to us:

Experience working across fashion, commercial, influencer, and talent campaigns

Strong network across photographers, creatives, producers, and industry contacts

Access to both talent and brand-side opportunities A role structured for long-term growth and upside We are currently on the hunt for an experienced booker/marketing operator based in Melbourne to assist our booking team and director across fashion, commercial, and influencer bookings, partnerships, and marketing activities.





Candidates must have experience booking and/or managing talent and have up-to-date knowledge of fashion and commercial clients across Melbourne and Sydney.

Experience scouting talent is also highly regarded.

Ideally, the successful applicant will have worked within a credible modelling, talent, or creative agency environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Required skills & experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite experience

Experience using online casting portals

Strong administration and organisational skills

Strong communication and client-facing ability

Sales and business development experience highly regarded A day in the role may include:

Liaising with fashion and commercial clients to match talent to briefs

Building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, agencies, and clients

Assisting with talent bookings across fashion, commercial, and influencer campaigns

Marketing and brand research to acquire new clients and opportunities

Identifying and developing strategic partnerships

Interviewing and scouting potential talent

General administration duties Our ideal candidate will:

Have a minimum of 3 years experience working within an agency environment

Have robust verbal and written communication skills

Work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting

Have strong multitasking and organisational abilities

Be proactive, well-connected, and commercially minded Training in our internal systems will be provided. Part-time — 1-2 days per week
