You'll be responsible for the analysis and insight that informs promotional campaigns, content, and project-based work. Your focus is not simply on measurement, but on direction.

You'll spend time understanding audiences, markets, and behaviour through research, data, and experimentation. The work often begins before anything is live,



helping shape where effort should go, what assumptions are worth testing, and what success should look like.

You'll work closely with strategists, creatives, and clients as ideas are forming. You'll help frame the right questions, challenge early thinking, and guide decisions with evidence, judgement, and a explicit view of uncertainty.
