We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI / Analytics Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, Databricks, SQL, and DAX to deliver enterprise analytics and reporting solutions. This is a development-focused role, ideal for candidates with end-to-end data lifecycle experience and a passion for transforming complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Skills & Experience

- 6 years of experience in Analytics / BI Development
- Solid hands-on experience with Power BI, Databricks, SQL, and DAX
- Experience with the complete data lifecycle including requirements gathering, data modelling, ETL, data cleansing, analytics, and visualization
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience delivering scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of SAS is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build and optimize data models using Databricks, SQL, and DAX
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation
- Deliver end-to-end analytics solutions from data ingestion to visualization
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and quality
- Support deployment, code migration, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to best practices in BI development and analytics delivery
