We’re recruiting for a growing Australian MSP looking for a senior, customer-facing engineer to design, consult and deliver across complex network security environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead network security projects across Fortinet and Cisco environments
- Work directly with customers on design, architecture and technical direction
- Deliver hands-on deployments, migrations and security uplifts
- Produce technical designs and implementation plans
- Troubleshoot complex network and security issues
- Support occasional escalated BAU where specialist expertise is needed

What You’ll Bring

- 5 - 10 + years in an MSP, integrator or IT services environment
- Robust Fortinet and FortiGate experience
- Solid Cisco networking and security skills
- Exposure to Palo Alto, Juniper or similar technologies
- Experience with F5 or other load-balancing platforms
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs and perimeter security
- Confidence working directly with customers
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

Fortinet, CCNP or similar certifications are highly regarded, but practical capability matters most. This role will suit a senior MSP engineer who wants to stay hands-on while moving deeper into consulting, design and enterprise project delivery.
