Our client, a respected boutique Brisbane CBD law firm,is seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to take on a key leadership role within its established practice.
Working closely with the Principal, you will be entrusted with managing complex property and commercial property matters across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- lead sophisticated transactions;
- provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior lawyers; and
- contribute strategically to the continued growth and success of the firm.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' PAE in property law (10+ years highly regarded)
- Strong expertise in property development, lending, leasing and the acquisition and disposal of commercial property
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- Professional maturity, commercial acumen and the ability to confidently manage complex matters
Business and commercial law experience (including commercial contracts, corporate structuring and advisory work) and experience supervising a conveyancing practice is desirable. Benefits
