Melbourne | Land of the Wurundjeri people We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management team at Moorabbin Airport, one of Australia's busiest general aviation airports and a thriving business precinct. This role will see you take ownership of a diverse commercial property portfolio encompassing aviation, industrial, retail and commercial assets. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with airport stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional property management outcomes while supporting the continued growth and success of this unique precinct.

About the Role Manage the day-to-day property management operations of a diverse commercial portfolio across the airport precinct.

Ensure lease compliance, coordinate lease renewals, rent reviews and manage documentation requirements.

Prepare and deliver detailed monthly management reports, including financial and operational performance updates.

Develop, monitor and implement annual operating budgets and forecasts.

Oversee property expenditure, monitor arrears, authorise payments and ensure timely debt collection.

About You

Proven experience in commercial property management with strong knowledge of lease administration, rent reviews, budgeting and financial reporting.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.

Sound commercial acumen and an understanding of property-related financial management.

A proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused mindset.
