The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee projects from initial estimating and client presentations through to selections, contracts, procurement and construction support.
You'll become the central point of coordination between clients, consultants, site supervisors, trades and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and to an exceptional standard.
No two days are the same, with exposure across custom residential homes and developments.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing estimates,
costings and client submissions
- Managing client selections and contract documentation
- Coordinating consultants, trades and suppliers
- Preparing purchase orders and construction documentation
- Managing variations throughout the build
- Tracking project budgets and profitability
- Preparing building approvals and liaising with councils and certifiers
- Supporting site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Continuously improving systems, processes and the client experience.
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project / Selections role within residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, contracts and estimating
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail
Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
