This is an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated Administration all-rounder to take our service delivery and customer experience to an even higher level. Working in a friendly environment, this role will provide variety to the workday. All required training will be provided.
The opportunity is open to those that demonstrate a willingness to learn and help clients by offering bespoke support and assistance. This position will involve interaction with clients, and requires excellent communication skills, as well as a desire to understand technical problems and customer business requirements.
The Role:
- Customer invoicing
- Answer incoming calls and log support and new inquiries into the CRM
- Co-ordinate and organise events and training registrations
- General office management
- Assist with customer service and after sales when required.
- Supporting the sales and technical teams with CRM data entry and management
- Assist with staff travel requirements
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in a business administration role is desirable
- Demonstrated excellent attention to detail combined with robust problem solving and time management skills
- High attention to detail and a strong, professional work ethic
- Extensive Microsoft applications experience
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, take responsibility, and communicate well with all staff and customers
- Pleasant professional phone manner
- Ability to be flexible and agile to meet business needs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
