Townsville Pallet & Crate Manufacturers are seeking an experienced and adaptable Production All-Rounder to join their team in Bohle, Queensland. This full-time role will see you work across various aspects of the production process, contributing to the efficient and high-quality manufacture of wooden pallets and crates.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Operate machinery to cut, assemble, and finish wooden pallets and crates.

2. Assist with the quality control and inspection process to ensure products meet the required standards.

3. Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.

4. Maintain a safe and organised work setting, following all relevant health and safety guidelines.

5. Provide support to other production functions as required.

What we’re looking for:

1. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the wood or timber industry.

2. Ability to operate a range of power tools and machinery with a strong focus on safety.

3. Good problem-solving and attention to detail to identify and resolve production issues.

4.



A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask across different tasks.

5. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

6. Forklift licence or front-end loader licence or the ability to obtain one, and an advantage but not essential.
