Gr8 Glass Pool Fencing is a locally owned and operated business based in Wangara, specialising in premium glass pool fencing, balustrades, gates and custom aluminium fabrication for residential and commercial projects across Perth.
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship, professional service and attention to detail. As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Glass Installer / Fabricator & Welder (Aluminium / Stainless Steel) to join our team.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll split your time between our Wangara workshop and installation sites across Perth, fabricating and installing premium aluminium and glass products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Aluminium welding and fabrication
- Manufacturing custom gates, balustrades and slat fencing
- Fabricating pool pump enclosure boxes
- Installing frameless glass pool fencing
- Installing aluminium fencing, gates and balustrades
- Reading plans,
measuring and setting out
- Operating workshop machinery and hand tools
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety
What We're Looking For
Not Essential but Highly Regarded
- Experience in aluminium fabrication and welding/tig
- Experience using workshop machinery and hand tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Robust attention to detail and pride in your work
- White Card
- Current driver's licence (manual preferred)
- Trade qualification in:
- Light Metal Fabrication, or Sheet Metal
- Stainless Steel & Aluminium Fabrication
- Experience installing glass pool fencing or balustrades
- Forklift Licence
- Working at Heights
- First Aid Certificate
