We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a portfolio of concurrent projects. Working closely with Project Managers and a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality. Your new role

- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple projects and programs
- Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and resource planning
- Monitor project performance and analyse financial, quality and schedule data
- Prepare project reports, status updates, KPIs and governance documentation
- Maintain project registers, records and document control systems
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure project objectives and milestones are achieved
- Track contractor and service provider performance against agreed deliverables
- Ensure compliance with project methodologies, governance frameworks and reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve project administration processes and systems
- Support project reviews, audits and continuous improvement initiatives





What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience within a Project Coordination, Project Administration or Project Support role
- Strong planning, scheduling and reporting capabilities
- Experience working within a project management or PMO environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting tools
- A proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes

What you'll get in return
