About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and hands on Human Resources Administrator to provide general support to the HR Manager and the broader HR Team. If you're organised, curious, people-focused and keen to learn, we'll like to hear from you:





- Maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems, ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements
- Onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle support
- Processing transactions including contract variations, employee movements
- HR reporting, including compliance reporting, and monthly dashboards
- Support policy updates, document control and communication across the organisation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience
