About The Role

Leading the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and assisting the Sales Manager with managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you!

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 5am and 7pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead by example to deliver fast, friendly customer service while motivating and supporting the Sales Team.

· Assist the Sales Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.

· Prepare and serve high-quality food, beverages, and coffee while maintaining Banjo's quality standards.

· Train, coach,



and supervise Sales Team members to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

· Maintain merchandising standards throughout the store.

· Follow Banjo's established Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices to ensure a safe working setting for yourself, your team, and customers.
