MAK Industrial Water Solutions is a national water and waste water treatment specialist. MAK Water designs and manufactures a wide range of water treatment plants, and supports its customers with a network of service teams across Australia.

THE ROLE

This role is suited to an experienced Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced operational, industrial or trades environment. You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys juggling competing priorities, keeping multiple moving parts organised and solving problems as they arise. Building robust relationships with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders will come naturally to you, and you’ll take pride in delivering exceptional service while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You’ll coordinate a team of field technicians, manage customer requests, resolve scheduling challenges and ensure work is planned, mobilised and completed on time. Working across preventative maintenance, breakdown response and service delivery activities, you’ll need to be highly organised, adaptable and proactive, with previous experience coordinating field technicians, trades or service personnel in a busy and dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Owning the end-to-end coordination of service jobs from quoting to invoicing





- Scheduling preventative and corrective maintenance activities

- Managing mobilisation requirements including travel, inductions and client portals

- Preparing customer quotations and managing spare parts, consumable and chemical orders

- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

- Maintaining accurate ERP system data, service records and documentation

- Supporting stock transfers, purchase orders and inventory coordination

- Ensuring all contractor compliance, site access, inductions and service-related administration requirements are met

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

This role is suited to experienced service coordinators who thrive in fast-paced industrial or trades environments. If you enjoy keeping multiple moving parts organised, building strong relationships with customers and technicians, and solving problems every day, we’d love to hear from you.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar service coordination, mobilisation or scheduling role

- Background in technician scheduling and field service operations

- Strong systems and computer skills,



including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems experience (GreenTree highly regarded)

- Confident managing client portals, site compliance and mobilisation requirements

- Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt quickly

- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

- A proactive approach and willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives
