About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the venue, leading the team from the floor and bar ensuring every service runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and motivating front-of-house and bar teams during service

- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns

- Managing labour, cash handling and venue procedures





- Coaching and developing staff to maintain high service standards

- Working closely with the Venue Manager to achieve operational and financial targets

- Maintaining compliance with food safety, liquor licensing and company standards

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality venue

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example

- A hands-on approach with a positive attitude

- Current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Approved Managers (Red Card)

- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
