Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop tailored modelling solutions for clients across budgeting, forecasting, valuation, pricing, cost allocation and other strategic use cases.Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to understand requirements, deliver presentations, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Support the review and quality assurance of models and analytical outputs, ensuring logical integrity,



consistency and alignment with project requirements.Contribute to the preparation of business proposals and other business development activities.Support the continuous improvement of internal delivery processes, templates, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency.
What We’re Looking ForAnalyst: 1-3 years of professional experience in financial modelling, consulting, or related fields.Senior Analyst: 3-6 years of professional experience in financial modelling, consulting, or related fields.Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work in fast-paced environments.A genuine interest in modelling, forecasting, and delivering insights that drive better decisions.Sound written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.Strong work ethics, proactive and a team player.Willing to work on-site at client locations as required.Willing to relocate to Adelaide if currently based interstate.
Preferred Qualifications & SkillsA degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field.Solid Excel skills, experience building or reviewing financial models is preferred.Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is beneficial.Proficient with automation and analytical tools such as VBA, Python, SAS is a plus.
