developing and maintaining member correspondence using HBF’s correspondence management systemTranslating business requirements into effective correspondence solutionsBuilding and updating correspondence templates, layouts and business rulesSupporting projects, enhancements and ongoing maintenance of the correspondence platformMonitoring, investigating and resolving production issues within agreed service levelsPreparing test plans, executing testing and managing defects through to resolutionMaintaining documentation and ensuring governance standards and best practices are followedCollaborating with internal stakeholders, technology teams and external vendorsContributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance member and user experience
