Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding calls to discuss injuries, existing claims, and potential benefits for clients.
- Enroll clients in our services and ensure they are set up for success.
- Call new leads and schedule initial consultations for yourself and other team members.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to veterans throughout the claims process.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Strong interest in supporting Australian military veterans.
- Experience with DVA is desirable.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for speaking to new people over the phone.
- Alignment with VFC's values and standards.
- Ability to obtain a clear police check and relevant state based clearances (e.g. Working with Vulnerable People/ Children).
