About the Role

We are looking for friendly and professional overnight Porter to join our Concierge Team on a Part-Time or Casual basis. As a Porter, you are an integral part of the Concierge team and often the first point of contact for our guests. Your role includes welcoming guests, assisting with luggage and escorting them to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities, arranging transportation, parking vehicles, managing keys, and completing various guest requests and errands. As the first and last impression of the hotel, you play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and positive start to their stay with us.

About You

- Friendly, outgoing and naturally welcoming personality

- Current manual driver’s licence (essential)

- Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset

- Excellent written and spoken English to confidently communicate with guests

- Immaculate personal presentation, aligned with a 5-star hotel environment

- Flexible availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends,



mornings, afternoons and night shifts
