We are seeking an experienced Pattern Cutter to work in our Upholstery Section at our Melrose Park facility. Our upholstery team are high performers who work together to ensure our furniture is looking its best, ready for our wide variety of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders and design specifications.
- Measure and cut fabric accurately.
- Ability to operate cutting and sewing machinery highly desirable.
- Ensure all work meets commercial durability.
- Manage workload to meet production deadlines.
- Adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
- Follow safe working practices and maintain a clean worksite.
About You
- Previous pattern cutting experience is essential.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Reliable, proactive and safety-focused.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
