Topdrill is a leading drilling company based in Kalgoorlie-Boulder. We specialise in Reverse Circulation (RC) and Diamond Drilling (DD).

The roles and responsibilities through your traineeship include but are not limited to:

- 12 hour shifts

- Learning how to operate the rigs

- Attending pre-shift meetings and actively participating

- Cleaning and loading of Diamond Core or moving samples

- Performing pre-starts on all equipment using our app based platform

- Accepting and acting on instructions from the driller in a safe and timely manner

- Pulling rods: loading and unloading drill rods out of the feed mechanism in the drill rig

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills & attributes:

- FIFO from Perth

- Have full working rights

- A good work ethic (essential)

- Experienced offsiders and Trainee's highly sought after

- Ability to work within a fast paced, dynamic team workplace

- Preference for those with First Aid & Working at Heights certificates

- Current Full C class manual licence (No P Plates) but HR licence preferred

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening along with a National Police Clearance
