Job Alert - Azure Cloud Application Architect / Tech Lead ✨ The is a leadership role that combines architecture, design authority and active engineering contribution. It is ideally suited to a senior, hands-on technical leader who can bridge architecture and engineering, ensuring that complex cloud-native designs are translated into real, production-ready systems.
Contract: 12 months + 12 x 2 Location: QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA, TAS. Hybrid. Eligibility: Australian Citizenship and able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
You’ll bring: Experience designing and delivering Azure cloud-native solutions using microservices, scalability and event-driven patterns, and core services (compute, storage, networking, monitoring, identity).
Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise application architectures as well as translate high-level solution designs into implementable patterns, components and services. Demonstrated capability in data engineering, including designing and supporting data pipelines and models using Azure Databricks, Data Lake and SQL-based platforms. Ability to lead delivery across integrated legacy and cloud-native systems and deal with cross-system dependencies and complexity. Strong hands-on software engineering skills in C#/.NET , Python and contemporary web Frameworks (Angular), with experience applying SOLID principles, clean architecture and building secure, testable APIs and applications.
