Your new roleAs the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with site standards and project requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supervising electrical construction works across the projectEnsuring all activities comply with the Queensland Coal Mining Safety and Health Management System (SHMS)Coordinating and managing contractors and site personnelMonitoring project progress and maintaining construction schedulesConducting workplace inspections and safety interactionsEnsuring compliance with site procedures, quality standards, and statutory obligationsProviding leadership, guidance, and technical support to work crewsManaging daily work plans, resources,



and construction methodologiesReporting on project milestones, risks, and field activities
What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience supervising construction works within a Queensland coal mining SHMS environmentStrong experience in electrical construction methodologiesProven leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong commitment to safety and complianceAbility to coordinate multiple work fronts and contractorsRelevant electrical qualifications and licencesCurrent Australian driving licence
