About the role

We are seeking a Medical Administrator to join our Gold Coast team on a full-time basis. The role is offered on a rotating roster. Shifts vary according to practice hours with participation of a rotating roster. Opportunity for overtime.

Full-time permanent and fixed-term positions available.
These positions have become available due to growth. The team in Gold Coast is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team.

About you

- Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
- Experience in radiology typing will be highly regarded
- Friendly,

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
