About the Role As a Senior Physiotherapist, Clinical Education and Development, you'll shape the future of physiotherapy while delivering expert patient care. You'll lead clinical education, build capability across teams, mentor clinicians and drive quality, research and service improvements across your campus.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver expert physiotherapy care and manage a caseload
- Lead clinical education across your allocated campus
- Mentor and support Clinical Educators and colleagues
- Build workforce capability through learning and coaching
- Advise leaders on education and service delivery




- Drive quality improvement and clinical research projects
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams and universities
- Share specialist expertise across the health service
- Maintain evidence based practice and clinical excellence
- Contribute to a seven day roster, including weekends

About You You're an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys developing others as much as delivering exceptional patient care. You bring clinical expertise, strong leadership and a passion for education, quality improvement and evidence based practice.

- Degree in Physiotherapy with AHPRA registration
- Lead teams and mentor staff and students
- Deliver expert, evidence based physiotherapy care
- Drive clinical education and service improvement
- Build strong partnerships and communicate with confidence
