About TRUEGRID Australia TRUEGRID Australia manufactures and distributes TRUEGRID permeable paving - a GECA-certified, Australian Made range used across civil, commercial, equine, agricultural, and landscape sectors. Our products (Pro Lite, Pro Plus, and ROOT) solve real-world drainage, ground stabilisation, and load-bearing challenges for councils, engineers, landscape architects, and contractors across Australia.
We're growing our reseller and trade network and looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and the people specifying and installing it on the ground. The Role We're looking for a hands-on, technically minded team member to be the first point of contact for customers, installers, and trade partners, someone equally comfortable explaining infill compaction rates to an engineer as they are working a stand at a trade show. You'll support our direct sales channel, our reseller network, and independent trade partners, helping turn enquiries into installed projects. Key Responsibilities Technical support - Respond to product and specification enquiries from installers, engineers, landscape architects, and resellers; provide guidance on product selection (Pro Lite, Pro Plus, ROOT), installation requirements, load ratings, and infill/aggregate specifications. Sales enquiry response - Manage inbound enquiries across direct, reseller, and trade channels, providing quotes, technical documentation, and project-specific advice. Lead follow-up - Proactively follow up on quotes and enquiries through to conversion, keeping CRM/pipeline records up to date. Industry events - Represent TRUEGRID at trade shows, expos,



and industry events (e.g. Stormwater, Engineering, civil/construction expos), engaging Engineers, Civil contractors, installers and landscape architects. Project support - Assist with technical queries on live projects.· Documentation - Help maintain and improve technical collateral, install manuals and specification sheets. About You Background in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or a related technical field, degree or diploma level preferred but strong practical/real-world experience will be considered. Experience translating technical concepts into practical, real-world solutions for engineers, contractors and local authorities. · Comfortable with customer-facing work via phone, email, and face-to-face at events.· Self-motivated with strong follow-through, you don't let a lead go cold.· Confident presenting to a range of audiences, from council engineers to landscape contractors.· Willingness to travel occasionally for events and site visits. Prior exposure to construction, civil works, paving, drainage, or landscaping industries highly regarded but not essential.
