Coolway Trans is a 100% asset-based, temperature-controlled transport company operating nationally with an employed-driver, zero-contractor model. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Dock Coordinator / Driver to join our Perth team.

About the Role

- Monday to Friday

- Start time between 4:00am and 6:00am

- 10–12 hour shifts (this role is not suitable for applicants seeking standard 8-hour days)

- Coordinate the morning dock operation by unloading interstate linehaul trailers, loading local delivery vehicles, and setting up daily runs

- Complete local deliveries in a rigid or semi-trailer when required

- Work within a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 4°C–6°C)

Essential Requirements

- Current HC or HR Driver Licence (HR licence holders must be willing to upgrade to HC)

- Current Forklift Licence (mandatory)

- Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available)





- This is a direct permanent employment position with Coolway Trans. We do not engage drivers on an ABN or through a company (ACN). If you are seeking contractor or owner-driver work, please do not apply.

- Ability to work comfortably in a cold environment for extended periods

- Good written and spoken English

- Experience handling refrigerated or temperature-controlled freight is highly desirable
