We're looking for an experienced meat packer to join our production team.

This is a hands-on role working with premium grass-fed beef, lamb, pork and chicken, preparing products that we're proud to put our name on.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working hard, takes pride in presentation, notices when a teammate needs a hand, and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.

We can teach our systems. We can't teach attitude.

What You'll Be Doing

- Packing beef, lamb, pork and chicken products

- Vacuum packing and preparing customer orders

- Labelling and presenting products to a high standard

- Supporting online, wholesale and farmers market production

- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

- Working with the team to achieve daily production targets

- Assisting wherever needed to keep production flowing efficiently

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding role.

You'll regularly:

- Lift and move products (15–25kg+)

- Stand for the duration of your shift

- Work in a refrigerated processing environment

- Maintain pace during busy production periods
