About the Role

Ariya Health is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Dispatch & Pick/Pack Clerk to join our team in Townsville. This full-time position is vital to ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of goods to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick and pack customer orders following specifications

- Manage high-volume dispatch and distribution of goods

- Maintain exact inventory records and assist with stock takes

- Receive and unload incoming shipments, ensuring organized storage

- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal teams and external clients

- Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution

- Strong attention to detail, ability to work accurately & quickly under pressure

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Good written and verbal communication abilities





- Forklift licence preferred but not essential

- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

- Team player attitude

- Immediate availability is a plus
