Role Description This is a full time Recruitment Consultant position based NOR at our Wangara office. You'll join a small, high performing team with a supportive work culture. The Recruitment Consultant will manage the end to end recruitment process, including advertising roles, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and recruiting personnel for the drilling, mining and earthmoving industries.



The role is also responsible for mobilising successful candidates to site and ensuring all onboarding requirements are completed.The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, advising on market trends and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Day to day activities include maintaining talent pipelines, updating recruitment records and systems, conducting reference checks and supporting onboarding activities. The Recruitment Consultant will also help refine recruitment policies and participate in employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and qualified talent.
Qualifications· Minimum 3 years recruitment experience within mining, construction or heavy industry environments.· Strong understanding of FIFO workforce planning and mobilisation.· Consulting and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to advise hiring managers and build trusted relationships.· High level of organisation, accountability and ability to manage competing priorities.· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates and internal teams clearly and professionally.
