We're looking for an organised, proactive Operations Coordinator to work alongside our CEO, helping keep our organisation running smoothly while contributing to an exciting period of organisational development and growth.

About the OpportunityCAAMA is looking for a full time Operations Coordinator based in Mparntwe (Alice Springs), NT.
Reporting to the CEO, you'll coordinate operational activities across the organisation, working closely with external finance, governance and HR providers while supporting projects, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Coordinating day-to-day operational activities across multiple teamsSupporting organisational workflows and project implementationLiaising with external finance, governance and HR providersCoordinating contractors, purchasing and operational administrationTracking compliance, contracts, policies and organisational reportingSupporting grant administration, acquittals and project deliveryMaintaining organisational systems,
records and action registersAssisting with continuous improvement initiatives across the organisationSupporting workforce coordination and organisational development activities.
About YouTo qualify, you'll ideally have experience in operations coordination, administration, project coordination or organisational support, together with 5–8 years' relevant professional experience.
You'll also bring:Excellent organisational and workflow management skillsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication abilitiesExperience coordinating multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh attention to detailConfidence working independently with minimal supervisionSound problem-solving and decision-making skills
The following experience will be highly regarded:Aboriginal organisationsNot-for-profit organisationsCommunity mediaGovernance or complianceGrants administrationProject coordinationContinuous improvement initiatives
