We’re seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor/Process Assistant to join the team of our Fulfillment Center at Morebank.

The Process Assistant will support the Area Manager and will hold responsibilities specific to your process path which may include receive, stow, pick, pack or ship.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and work in Inbound and other departments as required
- Help support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties
- Provide coverage for Area Managers
- Provide policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline)
- Track and report ATS/labor hours
- Assist the floor as an associate resource, train associates, and verify SOP compliance
- Ensure successful area performance through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance
- Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity
- Fully understand workflow and daily production goals
- Assist in keeping work area clean and organized
- Identify and address safety hazards within the work area
- Coach associates to work safely at all times
- Refer all job injuries immediately to area manager

Basic Qualifications

- Experience in team leadership
- Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word,



and Excel)
- Availability to work 38 hours+/week, and overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in direct management
- Experience in performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies
- Comfortable with lifting up to 16 kilos, standing/walking for up to 10–12 hours, and being able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation
