To provide clinical expertise, support and education to nursing staff within a MPHS environment in a rural and remote location. Utilizing clinical skills, knowledge and experience the position holder will deliver a high standard of evidence-based person‑centred care to patients, providing support to patients, families, and other healthcare colleagues within the Richmond MPHS.

Salary range: $87,368 to $112,064 p.a. (Nurse Grade 5)

4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

Requirements

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.

Nursing: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate.

Adult Life Support certificate: Must obtain and maintain an annual competency in Advanced Life Support.

Shift Workers: Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster, which will include participation in an on‑call roster.

Accommodation: On‑site single staff accommodation will be provided for the successful applicant.
