We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Supply Chain to join a well‑established Australian FMCG business with an ambitious growth agenda.

This is a broad leadership role where you'll work closely with senior leaders to drive operational performance, support business growth and build capability across the organisation. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, lead change and make a genuine impact within a team-oriented, fast‑paced environment.

About the Role

You'll lead the end‑to‑end Supply Chain function, ensuring the business continues to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence and sustainable commercial outcomes.

Working across planning, procurement, supplier partnerships and operational improvement, you'll play a key role in aligning operational capability with commercial priorities. You'll also lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP), support innovation and build strong relationships across the business and with key external partners.

Success in the role will come from your ability to think strategically while remaining close enough to the operation to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver practical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end Supply Chain function, delivering strong service, operational and commercial outcomes.

Drive the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align demand, supply and business priorities.

Build and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships that support quality, innovation and long‑term business success.

Optimise procurement, planning and inventory to improve efficiency, customer service and working capital.





Support innovation and new product launches through effective operational planning and execution.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance across the supply chain.

Lead, coach and develop a capable, engaged and high‑performing team.

Partner with leaders across the business to support strategic priorities and sustainable growth.

About You

You're an experienced Supply Chain leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership.

You bring a strong commercial mindset, thrive in a collaborative environment and have a proven ability to improve performance through strong planning, supplier relationships and operational excellence.

- End‑to‑end Supply Chain leadership
- Procurement and supplier management
- Demand planning and inventory optimisation
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)
- Continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Leading and developing high‑performing teams
- FMCG, food manufacturing or consumer goods
- Experience working with outsourced manufacturing partners will be highly regarded.
