About the Role

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Nambour you will lead your own room and guide a team of educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences. You will work alongside the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader, mentor educators, support children's development, and continuously improve educational practice.

- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

What You'll Bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
- Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via the Geccko platform
- A passion for mentoring educators and delivering high‑quality learning outcomes for children
