We're looking for a Waste Contracts Officer to join our Waste Business team and play a key role in ensuring our services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Do:

As a Waste Contracts Officer, you will work collaboratively within the Waste Business team to manage customer requests, support waste service contracts, and contribute to projects that improve operational outcomes. You'll be the vital link between customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved professionally and service standards are maintained.

No two days will be the same! From investigating customer requests and coordinating service outcomes, to supporting contract administration, preparing reports, and assisting with project delivery across the branch.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your customer service, contract administration, project support, and stakeholder engagement skills in a role that directly contributes to the delivery of vital community services.

What We're Looking For:

- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience in contract administration, including monitoring,



reporting and evaluation of service delivery performance.
- Current driver's licence.
- Strong administrative and technology skills in a customer-focused environment.
- Experience providing administrative and project support, including budget administration.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ability to quickly build knowledge of Council business functions and services.
- Commitment to quality outcomes, continuous improvement, and customer excellence.
- Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and professional judgement.
