We're looking for a performance media specialist to join our integrated media team. Whether you're a sharp Executive ready to step up or an experienced Manager looking for your next challenge, the level will flex to match what you bring.

The role

You’ll own the execution and optimisation of paid search & programmatic campaigns across Google, Microsoft Ads, The Trade Desk and more. You're the person who lives in the data, spots opportunities others miss, and knows how to turn a brief into a campaign that actually converts.

You'll work closely with our strategy, creative, and analytics teams and have a real seat at the table when it comes to shaping how we approach performance media for our clients.

What you’ll be doing

- Planning, implementing, and optimising campaigns across platforms
- Tracking and improving performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CVR, and CTR
- Building reports that go beyond the numbers and tell a story clients actually understand
- Applying audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and A/B testing with confidence
- Bringing creative and landing page thinking informed by real performance data




- Sharing platform insights and competitor learnings with the wider team

At Manager level, you'll also take on greater ownership of client relationships, support junior team members, and contribute more actively to strategy and new business.

What we're looking for

- 2+ years in digital performance media, agency or in-house (Executive) / 4+ years with demonstrated campaign leadership (Manager)
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA4
- Commercially minded with solid analytical and reporting skills
- Someone who's genuinely curious, backs their ideas with data, and doesn't wait to be told what to fix
- Organised, resilient, and comfortable in a quick-paced environment
