Lead a Business-Critical SAP Transformation Blackmores is undertaking one of its most significant enterprise transformations, implementing SAP S/4HANA to modernise core business capabilities and support future growth. We're looking for an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of this enterprise-wide transformation. Working closely with the Program Director, Business Transformation Director and implementation partners, you'll be responsible for driving integrated delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring risks are proactively managed, stakeholders remain aligned and the program progresses successfully through design, build, testing, cutover and hypercare.

This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with senior business and technology leaders while coordinating a complex ecosystem of internal teams, system integrators and external vendors. What You'll Be Doing Lead the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation across multiple workstreams.

Drive integrated planning, execution and dependency management across SAP, integrations, data migration, testing, infrastructure and business teams.

Partner with the Program Director to provide clear reporting, delivery insights, risk management and decision support to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

Coordinate system integrator and vendor delivery, ensuring commitments, milestones and deliverables remain on track.

Facilitate collaboration across Technology, Security, Infrastructure, Data and Business teams to resolve cross-functional issues and maintain delivery momentum.

Lead delivery readiness across design, build, testing, cutover,



deployment and hypercare.

Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies while driving timely resolution.

Support budget tracking, vendor governance and change control to ensure disciplined program execution.

Foster a collaborative, one-team culture across internal stakeholders and delivery partners.

About You

You'll be an experienced SAP delivery professional who combines robust program execution with excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence across complex enterprise environments. You'll bring: Demonstrated experience leading large-scale SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Strong understanding of enterprise SAP delivery including integrations, testing, environments, releases, cutover and hypercare.

Experience coordinating multiple delivery streams across business and technology teams.

Proven ability to manage system integrators, external vendors and complex delivery dependencies.

Strong governance capability including integrated planning, RAID management, reporting and change control.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.

Experience operating within large enterprise transformation programs.

Ideally

You'll Also Have Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, supply chain or distribution environments.

Exposure to SAP Activate, Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP methodologies.

Experience working alongside major consulting partners and system integrators.

Understanding of enterprise architecture, security, compliance and technology governance.
