Senior Service Advisor - Glenelg BMW (Full-Time / OTE $138K)

Glenelg BMW, part of the award-winning, family-owned Jowett Motor Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled automotive professional who thrives in a premium dealership environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial booking through to vehicle handover.

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the service team, handling complex customer requirements, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring the highest standards of communication, accuracy, and customer satisfaction are maintained.

If you have proven experience in a busy service department, strong technical understanding, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to confidently liaise with both customers and technicians in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

About the role
