- Multi‑residential towers - Commercial high‑rise developments - Mixed‑use precincts - Large‑scale urban developments - Landmark Brisbane projects Responsibilities - Managing structural works from in‑ground through to topping out - Coordinating subcontractors and site teams - Monitoring safety, quality, and programme performance - Driving productivity and programme outcomes - Managing concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement, and post‑tensioning activities - Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, and Engineering teams - Assisting with construction planning and sequencing Requirements - Previous experience supervising structural works on construction projects - Experience on mid‑rise or high‑rise developments is essential - Residential tower or commercial high‑rise experience highly regarded - Robust understanding of structural construction methodologies - Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities - Excellent communication and leadership skills
