We work closely with our installation partners who only use CEC accredited professionals to ensure quality and compliant installations and the best service for our customers.
The Role
We are looking for a seasonedSales Consultant who thrives in a performance-driven environment. You’ll receive hot, prequalified leads dailythat have been created face to face in the last 2-3 days by our face-to-face lead generation team. You won’t be required to door knock or cold call your own leads.
Your job is to focus on making sales and following up people you’ve quoted. We also are available for all technical questions when you’re in an appointment ensuring you’re able to give a consumer the right information with confidence. We book our consultants anywhere from 5-10 leads daily, 5 days a week.
We put a large importance on ensuring our consultants have the resources to do at least 1 sale a day and have the capacity to earn a very positive income. We install fast, no 6-8 week waiting period for installation. We have many installers and plenty of room to grow.
This is the perfect opportunity for a mature, highly driven sales professional with 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in home appointment experience and solar, home improvement, real estate and automotive sales experience will help.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years in a direct sales role
- A proven closer with a solid sales track record
- Someone hungry to make a large income who thrives on commission-based structures
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build trust fast
- Familiarity with solar and battery products helps but training will be provided if needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
