Jobtailor seeks a Senior Lead for Sales and Operations Planning to own the end-to-end S&OP; process in Australia. You will manage the annual calendar, monthly planning cycles and demand consensus with Commercial and Marketing, translating market activity into SKU forecasts and ensuring forecast integrity. You will drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, oversee promotions planning, and guide post-launch reviews with cross-functional teams to optimize supply actions and performance.
