Role Description: The Senior Stylist is a casual on-site role based in Brookvale NSW, responsible for leading the planning and execution of property styling projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property assessments, developing styling concepts and furniture layouts, selecting and coordinating furniture and furnishings , and overseeing installation and pack-down.

Stylist collaborates with clients and real estate partners to understand property goals, present styling proposals, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. This role also involves supervising junior stylists or installers, maintaining styling inventory, and contributing to process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. Qualifications





Demonstrated experience in interior styling, property styling or a related design field, with a strong portfolio of residential projects.

Solid understanding of design principles, space planning, colour coordination, and current interior styling trends.

Minimum of 4 years experience in property styling or a similar role.

Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate concepts clearly, manage expectations, and build positive relationships with homeowners and agents.

Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple styling jobs simultaneously within deadlines.

Comfort with hands-on work, including onsite styling, lifting and moving furniture , and working safely in varied property environments.

High level of attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering polished, market-ready presentations.

Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, project or calendar management; design software experience is an advantage).

Relevant qualification in interior design, visual merchandising, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.
