Aspel Cleaning Equipment is an independently owned Australian business which services most of NSW and ACT. We sell, service, rent and hire powered cleaning equipment to a customer base which includes government and blue-chip customers amongst others. We have the largest independent team of service technicians in NSW and our business continues to grow strongly.

We currently have an opportunity, based in our Penrith office, for a Service Administrator & Spare Parts Support role.

The Role Reporting to the service manager, the service administrator will be responsible for, together with the service manager,



managing deployment of service technicians and controlling the workflow through from quotation to invoice for a team of field technicians and workshop technicians in order to create client satisfaction. You'll be one of the first points of contact for customers, field technicians and general enquiries, as well as ensuring accurate and efficient processing of relevant data.

It is expected that the service administrator will also be responsible for filling in when our spares manager is on leave and also assisting in peak times. This role would require placement of orders, parts fulfillment and customer service.

Requirements

· Previous experience in administration or customer service

· Excellent customer service skills

· Friendly, can-do attitude

· Mechanical understanding

· Familiarity with field service software such as Simpro

· Solid skills with Microsoft Office suite

· Clear written and verbal skills

· A legal right to work in Australia
